Project Management
Based on our experience in managing similar tasks, as well as in previously realized projects and works, we have concluded that it is important to guarantee a clear managerial definition and responsibilities of the experts participating in the project.
In terms of managerial responsibilities, it means:
- Development of a mutually beneficial, productive and beneficial cooperation relationship between the persons involved in the project
- Stabilization of clear lines of communication of all actors to guarantee an effective coordination, where all these actors are better acquainted with the stage of advancement of the project and in this way to guarantee the fulfillment of tasks and taking the respective responsibilities.
- Preparation of a general planning schedule of the project by underlining the most important points, in order to enable intervention for specific solutions and to facilitate the managerial activity.
- Continuous review of the design development stage referring to the approved schedule in order to intervene for the immediate solution of unfulfilled tasks or pending to be realized.
- Holding periodic meetings with all stakeholders interested in the project (technical meetings with responsible persons) in order to mobilize them for the implementation of the project.
